About us

The newly refurbished Second City Suite has opened up its doors providing an exciting new concept to Birmingham City centre.

As a banqueting and conferencing venue, it has built up an excellent reputation over the past fourteen years as the ideal choice for any type of function.

Recently re-located to a newly refurbished building in Birmingham's popular Chinatown district, with the emphasis on style and sophistication, the new Second City Suite offers a versatile environment available for almost any use; wedding receptions, parties, banquets, gala events, shows, or more business orientated needs such as conferences, seminars, exhibitions... the list is endless.

The Venue has two Suites, the ground floor has a seating capacity of up to 840 guests banqueting style. It has a large stage and dance floor area equipped with the latest state of the art lighting and a spacious bar area, fully licensed and available until 2am. The first floor has a seating capacity of 550 guests banqueting style. This floor has all the facilities of the ground floor suite, it can be used in adjacent to the ground floor or be used for a totally separate event.

We can cater for all requirements and our commitment to quality and the personal attention to the finest details means complete peace of mind for our clients. Each function can be tailor made to your specific requirements.

Conveniently located within the heart of Birmingham, with secure on-site parking, it is easily accessible by all forms of transport.
